The decking is 'L' shaped in plan form and is roughly flush with the western end of the rear wall of the house and extends to meet the eastern boundary of the property (approximately 13.6m wide). it is approximately 7.3m deep and, at its highest point, the deck floor is 2.1m above ground level. The area below the deck has a solid apperance with the space below the deck being customised as a shed/garden room with doors and windows
